• The Digitizer team can collect the mails from your office premises on a set schedule depending on the traffic of the mails. Alternatively, Digitizer can have integration with your Courier Company or PO Box to receive the mails on your behalf. |
• Digitizer scanning center than scan the mails with OCR scanning technologies along with all the attachments, embedded files, and envelopes. The electronic version of mails is uploaded to the Digitizer Electronic data management system (the EDMS) in Mail room automation center. |
• The EDMs automatically route the electronic version of mails to the addressee in highly secured way. The addressee can review the email and can accept the mail or can forward it to any other user in the EDMs, User can link the electronic version of mails to previous emails trails or can create a folder to copy all the related emails in it and work on it. The Electronic version of mails can be integrated to any system. |
